Transportation Coordinator: We are looking for an organized and efficient Global and Hazmat Certified Transportation Coordinator to manage all aspects of transportation for our company. Oversee the timely delivery of products, ensuring that all transportation projects are completed efficiently and safely. They frequently interact with drivers, warehouse staff, management teams and vendors. The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for scheduling drivers and/or transportation companies, routing deliveries, and ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements. The ideal candidate should have Certifications in DOT, HAZMAT, NAFTA. This candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, and a strong understanding of logistics and fleet management. The ability to multitask and work under pressure is crucial for this role.
· 3PL cross docking sales fulfillment preferred.
· Supports the management team with their initiatives and special projects.
· Experience in transportation and Global logistics preferred.
· Creation of shipping documents (Packing slips, Bill of ladings, Material Certification) to go along with the material via Local fleet, LTL or Collect Shipments
· Understands unique territory geography in order to determine most efficient routing.
· Maintain control of emergency shipments and special delivery requests which may require real-time decisions.
· Responsible for meeting all IATA and US Customs requirements in document generation and cargo handling.
· Maintain relationships with common carriers and TQ Onsite drivers and management (local fleet)
· Audits all orders for completeness and shipping availability.
· Prepares monthly reporting.
· Ensure attention to detail while packing flights and examining contents of all carriers and carts for quality assurance.
· Utilizes electronic systems, including but not limited to handheld devices, GPS tracking systems, worksheet and payroll systems, P-card administration and trip and dispatch measurements.
· Identify and maintain database of shippers as potential freight sources.
· Solicit brokers and shippers, quote rates.
· Execute load moves working between shippers and operations.
· Function as a single point of contact for contracted backhaul customers to resolve issues.
· Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Warehouse team.
· Identify process improvement opportunities in freight coordination activities.
· Ensures that all products are shipped by specified delivery dates for Retail and within appropriate aging limits.
· Arranges international shipments with overseas carriers and ensures all customs documentation is provided.
· Ensuring that all products are shipped by specified delivery dates for Retail and within appropriate aging limits.
· Solicits and prepares transportation quotes and works closely with AP to reconcile freight invoices.
· Maintain/submit special logs, reports, and records as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to handle a fast-paced, stressful work environment. High School Diploma, College Preferred or equivalent of 1-5 years work experience. Must be able to work independently and with little direct supervision. Must be willing to work after hours or weekends. Efficient in Microsoft Office, US Veteran Preferred but not required. Effective verbal and written skills. Excellent negotiating skills.

Government Purchasing Agent: Government agencies have specific procurement needs, and government purchasing agents are responsible for acquiring goods and services required by federal, state, or local governments while adhering to government procurement regulations.
Supplier Research and Selection: Identify potential suppliers. Gather information on their products and services. Evaluate their capabilities to determine the best fit for the organization’s needs.
Obtaining Quotes and Bids: Request quotes and bids from suppliers for the goods and services needed by the organization. Compare offers to determine the most cost-effective and suitable options.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable terms that align with the organization’s budget and requirements.
Purchase RFQ Generation: Create and issue purchase orders that specify the details of the items being purchased, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring open communication and addressing any issues that arise. Collaborate to resolve challenges and build positive partnerships.
Contract Management: Manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, supplier performance data, and procurement analytics to make informed decisions and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Quality Control: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that purchased goods meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of procurement transactions, communications with suppliers, and contract details.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as logistics, accounting, and IT to ensure procurement activities align with the organization’s overall goals.
Problem-Solving: Address challenges that may arise in the procurement process, such as supply chain disruptions, supplier issues, or changing market conditions.
Ethical and Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations in all procurement activities, promoting fair and transparent practices.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement function, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies that may impact procurement decisions.
Budget Management: Ensure that procurement activities align with the organization’s budget constraints and financial objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, College Preferred; one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines. Must be able to work independently and with little direct supervision. Experience with FAR, DFAR, is a plus. US Veteran status a plus but not required. Must be willing to work long hours and or weekends when needed Must be self-motivated; On the job training will be provided for this specific posting if you meet the Education and experience requirements.

Renovation Craftsman
Qualifications
Experience working in a fast workplace environment
Experience with residential construction practices (sheetrock tape and float/texture,
trim outs, framing/subfloor, cornice, painting, landscaping, caulking)
Must Speak English but Bi-lingual is a plus
1 year experience in the residential remodeling, renovations and/or general construction
Must have proven customer service skills as you will be dealing with multiple occupied services daily
Ability to work with team members
Must be a proven problem solver
Must have a clean background and be able to pass a drug screening
Must have an active driver’s license with a clean driving record
Demonstrated record of working safely and commitment to zero-injury culture
Have Basic Tools to Complete the Job (Specialty Tools Will Be Provided)
Responsibilities
Report to manager daily after each job completed
Keep a timecard for each job completed and turn into manager
Problem solves with teammate to make sure work is completed at the best ability
Keep a timecard for the week and provide to manager for approval
Report to the warehouse to pick up the work truck (provided by employer)
and make sure you have the tools you need for the scheduled
projects. (We will provide the tools, but having your own basic tools is a requirement)
Make sure tools are accounted for after each job
Return materials not used to the warehouse at the end of the workday.
Benefits
Hourly Position: Pay Range from $16-20hr based on experience
