Construction Project Manager:

Description:

Construction Project Manager provides construction management of a single major program or project or multiple projects. Provides decisive direction in regard to business, technical and personnel management involving multi-disciplinary and diverse functional activities. Is responsible for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost and schedule. Maintains daily progress reports and inspection reports. Leads the inspection and quality assurance team assigned to projects to ensure timely and effective project oversight.

Experience:

II – 5 to 10 years
III – 10+ years

Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required for the years of work experience listed in column C. If a candidate with a high school degree or equivalent is offered, add 4 years of work experience required to column C. If a Masters degree or equivalent is offered, subtract 2 years of work experience.
