Facilitation Specialist:

Description:

Provides workshop and focus group facilitation across all project phases, identifying best practices, change management, business management, organizational development, modeling, and/or systems engineering as task lead, functional lead, or individual contributor. Performs functional analysis, systems analysis, program design, and documentation preparation.

Experience:

III – 10+ years

Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required for the years of work experience listed in column C. If a candidate with a high school degree or equivalent is offered, add 4 years of work experience required to column C. If a Masters degree or equivalent is offered, subtract 2 years of work experience.
