Site Manager:

Description:

Site Manager is responsible for all site operations and for supervision of site support, equipment, and subcontractor / vendor field activities. Responsible for leading on-site activities; managing on-site personnel and subcontractors; managing and controlling construction schedules and budgets; and effectively and proactively resolving quality, cost and schedule issues.

Experience:

I – 0 to 5 years

II – 5 to 10 years

III – 10+ years

Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required for the years of work experience listed in column C. If a candidate with a high school degree or equivalent is offered, add 4 years of work experience required to column C. If a Masters degree or equivalent is offered, subtract 2 years of work experience.
